What youll bring:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Previous experience in school-based or pediatric ABA services preferred Strong skills in RBT supervision, coaching, and constructive feedback Familiarity or comfort with providing BCBA services virtually (VOCO) Ability to adapt communication styles for both students and professionals Excellent organization and documentation abilities In this position you will: Supervise and support in-person Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) with direct, actionable feedback Conduct virtual BCBA sessions to assess, monitor, and guide behavioral interventions Collaborate with educational teams to ensure effective implementation of support plans Participate in regular meetings to track student progress and adjust interventions as needed Maintain comprehensive records and comply with all relevant ethical and professional standards Inspire growth while enjoying the flexibility of scheduling your hours each week and the variety of both remote and onsite engagement.
