Key Qualifications and Experience:

Responsibilities:
Provide direct one-on-one and small group behavior support to students Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Accurately document student progress and behavioral data Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support each student's educational and developmental needs Assist in developing strategies to reinforce positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors Participate in team meetings and professional development sessions as required
