Full-time Qualifications Well-organized with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Reliable transportation and a clean driving record Must have own tools Strong communication skills (English required; Spanish a plus) Comfortable wearing face masks and gloves at appointments when requested by residents Background check required Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and climb ladders Apartment maintenance experience is a plus Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repairs for multi-family and single-family properties Maintain clean and safe grounds by removing debris and trash Provide excellent customer service to residents Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues in a professional and timely manner Perform electrical work including circuits, receptacles, breakers, switches, fuses, and light fixtures Handle plumbing repairs and installations Install and repair appliances such as stoves, refrigerators, dishwashers, washers/dryers, toilets, sinks, vanities, and garbage disposals Perform caulking, minor carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs Repair or replace window screens, blinds, and interior/exterior doors Conduct basic pool and jacuzzi maintenance Clear drains and sewer lines up to 5 feet Identify and report major repair needs to property managers and in-house staff Demonstrate general knowledge of all aspects of property maintenance and repair Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
