This full-time, onsite contract role invites dedicated professionals passionate about fostering positive behavioral change and supporting students academic and developmental success.

Desired Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience working in school settings or with K-12 populations strongly preferred Understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles Ability to implement individualized intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families Compassionate, patient, and adaptable to dynamic school environments

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct 1:1 behavioral intervention and support throughout the school day Collect and maintain accurate data on student progress toward targeted behavioral goals Assist in implementing functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans Partner closely with classroom teachers, therapists, and other school staff Participate in IEP meetings and support development of student-centered action plans Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment for all students
