Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification required Experience in school-based settings preferred Ability to provide virtual (VOCO) BCBA oversight and supervise in-person RBTs Strong communication and organizational skills Flexible and adaptable to changing environments
Key Responsibilities:
Provide VOCO (virtual) BCBA services to school-aged students Supervise in-person RBTs, ensuring best practices in implementation Attend necessary meetings and collaborate with educational teams Commit 6-8 hours per week, adjusted per RBT competence and session needs
