Job Description

Board-Certified Behavior Analyst - Clinical Supervisor Teens & Young Adults (Ages 12-21) Most BCBA jobs ask for evenings, weekends, and hours in the car between client homes. This one doesn't. You'll work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, in one building, with up to 7 weeks of paid time off every year . That includes 5 weeks of paid center closures: a week in spring, a week in summer, Thanksgiving week, and up to two weeks over the winter holidays. That's on top of your PTO, sick leave, and paid holidays. M-F 8-4 |
Arvada, CO Salary:
$75,000 - $86,700/year Full-time | Center-based, no in-home travel A BCBA role with a school-year rhythm Who we are Evoke Behavioral Health is a locally owned Colorado organization serving individuals with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and co-occurring diagnoses. In 2025 we moved into a newly renovated facility in Arvada with two outdoor playgrounds, a full gym, and an advanced sensory room. You won't be working alone. Our team includes BCBAs, LCSWs, special education teachers, RBTs, and mental health assistants, plus on-site nursing, HR, admin, and maintenance staff. When a situation escalates or a case gets complicated, the right people are down the hall. What you'll do You'll serve as clinical lead for individuals in our Secondary/Transition Program , a population where behavior analysis can change what adulthood looks like: independence, vocational skills, and communication that works outside the classroom. Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans for teens and young adults Lead a team of approximately 6-7 RBTs and Behavior Specialists (about 800-1,000 RBT hours per month), providing supervision and training Supervise BCBA trainees and help grow the next generation of clinicians Partner with families through caregiver training and collaborate with our interdisciplinary team Use data to guide clinical decisions and keep documentation current Provide in-the-moment clinical support, including Safety Care when needed What you bring Active BCBA certification in good standing 2+ years as a BCBA, experience with adolescents, high-intensity behavior, co-occurring diagnoses, interdisciplinary teams, preffered Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field Experience training and supervising behavior technicians Experience working with individuals with autism and/or developmental disabilities Ability to pass state and federal background checks CPR/First Aid certification (can be obtained within 30 days of hire) Ability to physically participate in Safety Care, including kneeling, moving quickly, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
