Registered Behavior Technician Pay Range:

$20-30/hour Up to $30/hour | Boulder, CO | Full-Time Hours | 2026-2027 School Year | K-12 Caseload Position Details K-12 Caseload Starting September 2026 1.0 FTE, Monday-Friday 35 hours/week About the Role Hello, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) ! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time RBT to support students in a K-12 school setting in Boulder, CO. In this role, you'll provide individualized behavioral support, implement behavior plans, collect data, and collaborate with school teams to help students thrive. This is a great opportunity for both new and experienced RBTs who are passionate about supporting students and making a meaningful impact in a school setting. • + 401(k) with company match Reimbursement for certification, CEUs, and professional expenses Mileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonuses What You'll Do Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision Provide 1:1 or small group behavioral support Collect and track data on student progress and behaviors Support students with social, emotional, and communication skills Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers Assist with classroom management and behavior strategies Maintain accurate and compliant documentation What We're Looking For Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start) High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills School-based or ABA experience a plus About Ampersand Therapy Ampersand Therapy is a women- and therapist-operated company built by providers who understand school-based work.
