Duties Implement individualized ABA therapy protocols in home, school, or community settings to promote skill development and behavior management. Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as grooming, dressing, and feeding to foster independence. Collect and analyze behavioral data accurately during sessions to track progress and inform treatment adjustments. Support the development and execution of care plans tailored to each client's unique needs, including those with autism spectrum disorders and neurodevelopmental disabilities. Maintain detailed medical documentation, behavioral records, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and professional standards. Communicate effectively with clients' families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency of care and address any concerns. Adhere strictly to the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts while delivering high-quality services. Skills Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent client communication skills in both languages. Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management techniques, and implementing ABA therapy protocols. Ability to assist with ADLs and support behavioral health goals through direct intervention. Strong data collection skills for tracking behavioral progress and supporting medical documentation requirements. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards. Home-based behavioral experience or school experience working with neurodiverse populations preferred. Demonstrated professionalism in maintaining client confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions.
