Starting at $38/hr About the Opportunity A locally owned nonprofit organization serving the Pikes Peak area is seeking a motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis services to children ages 0-18 with disabilities and developmental needs. This is a strong opportunity for a compassionate, collaborative, and flexible BCBA who enjoys being hands-on and directly involved with children, families, and clinical teams. Services may include individual therapy, group/social skills therapy, educational placement support, and multidisciplinary collaboration.Please note:
This is a full-time, on-site position in Colorado Springs, CO. This is not a remote role. Key Responsibilities The BCBA will be responsible for providing high-quality ABA services while supporting clients, families, staff, and the broader clinical team.Responsibilities include:
Adhere to professional and legal requirements, principles of behavior analysis, and sound professional judgment at all times Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and service providers to ensure continuity of care Perform direct and indirect assessments to identify the function of client behaviors Develop treatment plans based on evidence-based methodologies Carry a caseload of approximately 4-8 clients , depending on client hours and clinical needs Provide hands-on, on-the-floor clinical support and supervision Supervise, train, and support RBTs/BTs, staff members, caregivers, and clients Work directly with children approximately 75-80% of the time Attend relevant client meetings, including treatment team meetings and IEP/ISP meetings Participate in insurance authorization review calls for individuals on caseload Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team Evaluate treatment plan effectiveness and modify plans as needed Prepare and submit required documentation in a timely manner Maintain scheduled supervision meetings with BCaBAs to support supervision standards and quality service delivery Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Active BCBA certification Pediatric experience preferred Candidates with adult-only, hospital, or related clinical backgrounds may be considered if otherwise strong Comfortable working directly with children in a hands-on clinical environment Experience supervising RBTs, BTs, or other clinical staff preferred Strong understanding of ABA principles, assessments, and evidence-based treatment planning Ability to collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary providers Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills Compassionate, flexible, and team-oriented approach Must be comfortable working full-time on-site in Colorado Springs, CO Benefits Benefits available to staff include: Free supervision for qualified candidates seeking supervision Free CEUs through Capella University Paid ongoing training with opportunities for advancement and leadership Flexible scheduling options All work hours paid at the same hourly rate, including billable, non-billable, training, and administrative time Scholarships and tuition discounts at several universities Collaborative team culture Medical, dental, and vision insurance Retirement benefits Life insurance Paid leave for all employees, regardless of part-time or full-time status Annual tenure bonus Compensation Starting pay is $38/hr , with all work hours paid at the same hourly rate.Pay:
