Job Description

Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) -
Colorado Springs, Colorado Salary:
$38-$40/hr. Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with disabilities? Our client is a dedicated nonprofit serving the Pikes Peak community, seeking compassionate and motivated BCBAs to provide exceptional applied behavioral analysis (ABA) services. This vital role offers an opportunity to contribute to individualized therapy, social skills development, and educational planning in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Required Skills:
Valid BCBA certification and licensure Strong understanding of ABA principles and ethical standards Experience conducting assessments and developing evidence-based treatment plans Excellent communication and collaboration skills with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams Sound professional judgment and attention to detail Nice to
Have Skills:
Experience supervising BCaBAs and staff Knowledge of IEP and ISP processes Bilingual abilities or additional languages
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Prior experience working with children with developmental disabilities, ideally within a clinical or educational setting
Other Requirements:
Must adhere to professional and legal standards Ability to attend in-person meetings; this is not a remote role. 100% onsite! Willingness to participate in ongoing training and supervision Eligibility to oversee client treatment as per licensing standards
