Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. You will work with individuals, particularly children, with autism or developmental disabilities to implement behavior intervention plans and provide support. Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect data on individuals' behaviors during sessions Assist in the development of individualized treatment goals Collaborate with the treatment team to provide feedback and progress reports Utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors Maintain accurate and timely session notes and documentation
