What We Offer Competitive compensation Paid time off Health benefits Retirement benefits Assistance with CEU credits and recertification Opportunities for professional and leadership growth Supportive and highly communicative case management and administrative teams Clinical and administrative support so you can focus more of your time on your clients The opportunity to help shape and grow our clinical team A collaborative environment where your ideas and clinical expertise are valued The opportunity to have a meaningful voice as Eagle Care ABA grows in Fort Collins Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and other behavioral assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment recommendations Design, implement, monitor, and modify evidence-based behavior intervention and treatment plans based on each client's individual goals Collect, analyze, and interpret clinical data to evaluate progress and guide treatment decisions Provide ongoing clinical supervision, training, and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Help RBTs strengthen their clinical skills and develop into confident, knowledgeable ABA professionals Collaborate with parents, caregivers, educators, medical providers, and other professionals to promote consistency of care across environments Conduct intake and initial assessments for children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental needs Provide parent and caregiver training, education, and support Maintain accurate clinical documentation, treatment plans, progress reports, and medical records in accordance with applicable regulations and HIPAA requirements Promote a positive, collaborative, and clinically focused team environment Contribute ideas and clinical expertise as we continue developing our services and team Help support the continued growth and development of Eagle Care ABA in the Fort Collins area Requirements Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis, functional assessment, behavior intervention, and evidence-based treatment practices Experience developing and implementing individualized behavior treatment plans Experience with clinical data collection, analysis, and documentation Ability to effectively supervise, train, and mentor RBTs Understanding of HIPAA requirements and clinical documentation standards Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills Patience, empathy, professionalism, and a positive attitude Ability to collaborate effectively with families, staff members, and multidisciplinary professionals Grow With Eagle Care ABA We are building something special at Eagle Care ABA, and we are looking for a BCBA who wants to be part of that journey.
