Job Description

Embark on a dynamic contract opportunity supporting students and educators as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a vibrant school setting near Fort Collins, Colorado. This full-time, onsite role spans multiple school sites, serving a diverse K-12 population through the duration of the academic year and beyond. As the district-wide BCBA, your expertise will be instrumental in guiding building staff and elevating behavioral and autism programming. Rather than managing a direct caseload, you will serve as a vital resource in leading Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), developing and overseeing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and supervising two Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Your in-person presence will foster collaboration, ensure program fidelity, and support a thriving learning environment across the district.
Key Qualifications:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) license in Colorado Valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) credentials Demonstrated experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs Expertise supporting school-based behavior and autism initiatives, K-12 Previous supervision of RBTs or similar staff preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Must be able to work onsite across various school locations
Primary Responsibilities:
Serve as behavior and autism program expert district-wide Collaborate with administrators, teachers, and support staff throughout the district Lead the creation, implementation, and monitoring of FBAs and BIPs Supervise, mentor, and provide ongoing training/support to RBTs Offer real-time, onsite consultation and crisis support as needed This role provides the chance to effect system-wide change and make a profound impact on students, staff, and the greater learning community.
