9582393-80525 Job Description Step into an impactful role as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst serving K-12 students across several school sites in a dynamic educational environment. In this full-time, onsite contract position, youll make a district-wide difference by offering essential expertise in behavior analysis, supporting both staff and specialized programs focused on behavior and autism. As a key resource to schools, you wont manage a direct caseload; instead, you'll collaborate closely with educational staff, conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), and develop effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Youll also direct and supervise two Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), helping to ensure consistency and best practices throughout the district. This hands-on role requires an enthusiastic, solution-oriented professional eager to foster inclusive and supportive learning environments.

Desired Qualifications:

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in Colorado Colorado Department of Education (CDE) licensure Recent experience in K-12 school settings or educational programs Strong knowledge of FBAs and BIPs and best practices for behavior intervention Excellent communication skills to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams Experience supervising or mentoring other behavior professionals preferred Commitment to onsite support, as remote work is not available for this position
