In-home, in-school. Registered Behavior Technician ( RBT)Responsibilities:
Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children under the guidance of a BCBA Follow treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies as designed by the BCBA Accurately collect and record data during each session Communicate effectively with families, supervisors, and team members Help maintain a safe, supportive, and positive environment for clients Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)Qualifications:
Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification High school diploma or equivalent (some college or related coursework preferred) Experience in ABA, education, childcare, or working with children is a plus—but not required Must pass background checks and meet compliance requirements Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for sessions Why New Dawn ABA?
