Job Description
Requirements Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is preferred or willingness to obtain certification. Experience working with children Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques. Compassionate demeanor with a passion for helping others achieve their goals. (1 hour for every 13 billed hrs ) .50 cent increase to hourly rate at 3 months of consistent employment and .50 cent increase to hourly rate at 6 months of consistent employment Know fellow RBTs? Referral bonus provided to recruiter and recruited! (Referrer AND referred person makes up to $350 EACH !)
