Job Description
Requirements Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is preferred or willingness to obtain certification. Experience working with children Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques. Compassionate demeanor with a passion for helping others achieve their goals. Benefits CEUs included with employment to cover 2026 change in RBT requirements Up to 20 days of paid time away from work per year! (1 hour for every 13 billed hrs ) .50 cent increase to hourly rate at 3 months of consistent employment and .50 cent increase to hourly rate at 6 months of consistent employment Know fellow RBTs?
