$21-$28 per hour, based on experience and bilingual skills We're hiring multiple RBTs in Grand Junction right now. We have families on the Western Slope waiting for services and need caring, reliable RBTs to start soon. Full-time and part-time schedules are open. About Starlight ABA Therapy Starlight ABA provides in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism and their families. You'll work one-on-one with kids in their own homes, where they learn best, with steady support from an experienced BCBA. Spanish speakers strongly encouraged to apply. Many of the families we serve speak Spanish, and bilingual RBTs make a real difference in their care. What You'll Do Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in their homes and in the community Follow individualized treatment plans written by your BCBA Help children build communication, social, play and daily living skills Collect and record accurate session data Coach and partner with parents and caregivers Follow BACB ethics and HIPAA guidelines What We're Looking For Active RBT certification (required) Live in or near Grand Junction / Mesa County High school diploma or GED Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and auto insurance Able to pass a background check Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred Fluent Spanish is a big plus Why Join Starlight Competitive pay: $21-$28/hr Flexible schedule.
