Role Overview:

As a Field-Based RBT, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality ABA therapy services to children with autism and supporting the implementation of individualized treatment plans. You'll work closely with your BCBA to ensure that your clients achieve their goals in home, school, and community settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA Collect data on client progress and behavior Provide one-on-one therapy to children in home, school, and community settings Collaborate with families and other service providers to ensure comprehensive care Maintain a positive and supportive approach to working with children and families Uphold ethical standards and comply with company policies

Qualifications:

Preferred at least 1 year working with children with behavioral disabilities Strong communication skills and a passion for helping children Willing to undergo a background check

Education:

High School Diploma or Equivalent (required) 40 Hour RBT Course How to
