Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in an educational or behavioral health setting Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teachers, parents, and therapists Enthusiastic, patient, and adaptable in a dynamic school atmosphere

Key Responsibilities:
