This contract position is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to collaborate with educators and specialists, delivering one-on-one services that promote positive outcomes for learners. You will work closely with individuals and small groups, implementing treatment plans and supporting progress toward behavioral goals in a school setting.
Key Qualifications:
Active RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) credential required Previous experience working with children or students, ideally in a school, clinical, or educational environment Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and data collection methods Strong communication skills for collaborating with school staff and families Ability to adapt to the daily needs of a diverse student population Patience, empathy, and commitment to promoting student development
Responsibilities:
Implement individualized behavioral intervention plans, as developed by a BCBA or supervisor Work directly with students to reinforce positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors Collect, record, and summarize behavioral data to track student progress Support students in classroom settings, during group activities, and throughout the school day Participate in meetings and trainings as directed by school staff or supervisors Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
