Registered Behavior Technician Pink Skies Autism LLC Littleton, CO Job Details Part-time $32 an hour 20 hours ago Benefits Paid training Mileage reimbursement Paid sick time Qualifications RBT Certification Individual therapy HIPAA Assisting with ADLs Direct support Data collection Full Job Description Full time hours (34 hours per week) Monday through Thurday 9-4PM, Friday 9:45-4PM We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to implement behavior intervention plans and provide support in various settings. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with ASD and their families.
Duties:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect data on client progress and behavior using various data collection methods
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment goals
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy sessions to clients using evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and modify treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress, including session notes, behavior tracking sheets, and incident reports
- Assist with the implementation of behavior management strategies to address challenging behaviors
- Support clients in developing social skills, communication skills, and daily living skills
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information
Requirements:
- Experience working with individuals with special needs
- Comfortability within working in a client's home
