We are expanding in Colorado and seeking a passionate BCBA to help shape best practices, foster team culture, and drive superior services. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and clinical programs. Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and initial evaluations. Develop and implement parent training and support programs . Provide training, support, and mentorship to RBTs. Oversee progress reports and treatment plans to ensure high-quality clinical outcomes. Partner with coding, billing, and insurance teams to meet payer requirements. Qualifications Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field. BCBA certification (Required). Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills . A deep passion for delivering high-quality clinical care .
