Responsibilities Assist with landscape installation including planting, grading, and hardscape work such as patios and walkways Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks like edging, and pruning to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for tasks such as digging, planting, or installing irrigation systems Maintain equipment including blowers, trimmers, excavators, and other machinery through proper care and routine inspections Help with horticultural activities such as soil preparation, fertilization, watering schedules, and plant health assessments Contribute to tree care efforts including trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth Experience Prior experience in landscaping or gardening is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is highly valued Basic mechanical knowledge of tools and equipment used in landscape maintenance Familiarity with lawn care practices including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and weed control Experience operating landscaping machinery such as excavators or other construction equipment is a plus Knowledge of horticulture principles and plant care techniques will help you excel in this role Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for manual labor tasks Strong attention to safety procedures when handling power tools, hand tools, or heavy machinery Join us to bring outdoor visions to life!
