Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Elevate your career by supporting students and staff across multiple K-12 school sites as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This full-time, contract opportunity allows you to make a meaningful difference across an entire district, providing expertise in both behavior and autism programs without managing a direct caseload. Based onsite and interacting closely with educators and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), you'll contribute to student success and staff development in a collaborative environment.
Key Qualifications:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Valid Colorado BCBA license and Colorado Department of Education (CDE) credentials required Proven ability to conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Experience supervising RBTs and providing consultative support to school staff Previous K-12 educational experience preferred Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Serve district-wide across multiple school sites, responding to needs as assigned Guide and mentor staff within behavior and autism programs, ensuring best practices Complete FBAs and author effective BIPs to support student behavioral growth Supervise two RBTs, offering direction, mentorship, and performance feedback Foster collaborative relationships with teachers, administrators, and families Deliver in-person support only (remote/virtual work is not an option) This is a chance to collaborate directly with school teams, leaving a lasting impact on students' educational experiences.
