You will work with individuals, particularly children, with autism or developmental disabilities to implement behavior intervention plans and provide support. Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect data on individuals' behaviors during sessions Assist in the development of individualized treatment goals Collaborate with the treatment team to provide feedback and progress reports Utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors Maintain accurate and timely session notes and documentation
Experience Required Skills:
Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities Knowledge of HIPAA regulations Familiarity with medical terminology and medical records Compassionate and patient approach when working with children Proficiency in medical documentation and record-keeping
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:
$22.00 - $28.50 per hour
