Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work with individuals with developmental disabilities, providing support and implementing behavior plans to promote positive outcomes. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others.
Duties:
  • Implement behavior plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Assist with the analysis of data and progress tracking
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and modify care plans
  • Utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
Requirements:
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to understand medical records
  • Familiarity with applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to analyze data and track progress
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to provide patient care in a compassionate and respectful manner $500 bonus offered for completion of RBT certification with good employment standing .
Must obtain CPR/first aide within 90 days of employment.
