Job Description
Job Overview Position Summary -The Registered Behavior Technician employee will work under the direction of certified staff to implement behavior plans and accommodations, collect data, and provide support to promote learning. Essential Functions -The job description is illustrative and not a complete itemization of all duties and responsibilities of the position. ⎼ Implement Behavior Improvement Plans ⎼ Collect/ record behavioral and instructional data ⎼ Implement reinforcement systems ⎼ Utilize de-escalation techniques ⎼ Assist in activities of daily living ⎼ Provide teacher(s), BCBA, and administrators with reports as needed ⎼ Understand underlying principles of applied behavior analysis ⎼ Provide verbal and non-verbal intervention strategies ⎼ Maintain RBT credentials ⎼ Participate in assigned training
