Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team on a part-time basis, specializing in in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Duties Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations, to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement ABA therapy interventions based on the principles of applied behavior analysis to promote skill acquisition and reduce challenging behaviors. Collect and analyze data meticulously during sessions to monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly. Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians and caregivers, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols and best practices. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to facilitate effective communication about client progress and treatment goals. Maintain accurate medical documentation, client records, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical standards. Conduct intake assessments and participate in ongoing client evaluations to ensure the highest quality of patient care. Requirements Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible for certification with relevant experience. Experience working with children with disabilities, neurodevelopmental disorders, or autism spectrum disorders in home-based settings. Strong understanding of behavioral psychological assessments, functional assessments, and behavioral intervention strategies. Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance related to patient care. Proven experience in data collection, behavior intervention implementation, and clinical supervision within behavioral health or special education environments. Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients' families and multidisciplinary teams effectively. Ability to work independently while managing multiple client cases in a flexible schedule.
