Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in New Haven, CT. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing individualized treatment plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental disorders. Responsibilities:
Design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans for clients with ASD and related developmental disorders Conduct assessments, evaluations, and data collection to inform treatment planning Develop and modify behavioral interventions to address client goals and needs Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care Provide ongoing supervision and support to behavior technicians Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to ensure best practices in ABA therapy
Requirements:
Must be a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or a related field Possess a strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles and evidence-based practices Experience working with children with ASD and related developmental disorders Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment How to
