                Day:
                • Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to create comprehensive student programming.
                • Engage with caregivers to support the whole child.
                • Serve as a leader in developing behavior support systems utilizing compassionate responses to student behaviors.
                • Collaboratively support and supervise RBTs.
                • Conduct functional and skills-based assessments, then train and coach staff to confidently implement individualized support strategies.
                • Monitor and evaluate student progress through ongoing data collection, analysis and review meetings
                Qualifications:
                • BCBA certification and Connecticut Behavior Analyst license must be in good standing (or license-eligible).
                • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
                • Proven experience working with children or adolescents in school or educational settings.
                • Skilled in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP).
                • Ability to coach, mentor, and inspire teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers.
                • Excellent data analysis skills.
                • Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills.
