Brookfield, CT Area Pay:
$23.26-$31.67 per hour
Schedule:
Full-Time | 33 hours per week
Hours:
7:20 AM-2:20 PM Responsibilities Provide 1:1 support to a middle school student throughout the school day Implement behavior intervention and support strategies under BCBA guidance Assist the student with managing behavioral challenges and developing appropriate replacement behaviors Support positive social, emotional, and academic outcomes Collect and document behavioral data as directed by the supervising BCBA Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and the BCBA Maintain a consistent, structured, and supportive environment Promote student independence and positive behavior Qualifications Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Previous experience working with students or individuals with behavioral needs preferred School-based experience is a plus Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with a BCBA and school-based team Commitment to supporting student growth and success Contact Garrett Bliek 470-264-2273 Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled
