Job Description

If you are an experienced Registered Behavior Technician(RBT), Behavior Technician, or someone who loves working with children and looking for a change, Sallyz Center for Autism has immediate opportunities for center-based Registered Behavior Technicians(RBT) and Behavior Technicians(BT). We are currently seeking Part-time and full-time staff to work with children in our center located in South Windsor. Our hours are from 8-7 pm, Mondays- Thursdays, 8-4pm on Fridays, and 9-1 pm on Saturdays which gives you the opportunity to have a flexibility to work different blocks. Key Responsibilities Follow and implement the treatment plan as written by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst(BCBA). Remain enthusiastically and actively engaged with the client during the treatment sessions Carry out clinical tasks assigned by BCBA. Work both cooperatively with a team of support staff and independently as needed Communicate professionally with family, team, and supervisors Attend planned trainings to meet the needs of the client. Collect data based on observable client behavior. Protect the confidentiality of the client and family Be professional and exhibit a strong work ethic.
Qualifications:
Minimum of an Associate Degree(Preferred) At least 1 year of experience working with children Great communication skills Ability to learn new skills being taught and apply them accordingly Be receptive to constructive feedback Be a team player.
Job Types:

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
