Primary Care Job Details:
100% outpatient Occupational Medicine position with a predictable Monday through Friday schedule - no weekends, no call Join an established, high-performing Occupational Medicine team within a large integrated healthcare system Clinical scope includes Workers' Compensation and injury care management, pre-employment and regulatory physicals, and drug-free workplace testing and compliance programs Provide OSHA and employer-based health services with integration of physical therapy and workplace rehabilitation Utilize
EPIC EMR
with Dragon dictation and AI integration, HIPAA-compliant communication tools, and efficient administrative workflows Optional academic involvement with faculty appointment available Collaborative, team-based care model with strong clinical and administrative support Board Certified or Board Eligible in Preventative, Family, or Internal Medicine required Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License required (or eligible) Medical Review Officer and FMCSA Certified Medical Examiner designations preferred Access to professional development through leadership institutes, CME platforms, simulation centers, and mentorship opportunities
