As part of a growing agency, we are now providing additional services for children and youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder in the home setting. A variety of locations per employee preference include the Hartford, Middletown, Norwich and the surrounding areas. Lotus Family Behavioral Services is seeking enthusiastic individuals with experience to provide support for children and youth with developmental or emotional needs. In-home child or youth supports requirements. Experience implementing treatment plans Practice with collecting and graphing behavior data Knowledge in positive programming / skill building Knowledge of fostering a safe emotional environment Works effectively with parents/caregivers on how to help children or youth learn new skills Able to work independently and have a flexible working schedule Experience with working with individuals with Autism is preferred

Job Type:

Part-time Hours include daytime and after-school hours in the Hartford and surrounding areas An associates degree or the 40 hour RBT Training is required

Hourly Pay Rate:
