We prioritize the quality of services we offer, so we work with our staff to meet the needs of our clients while also creating a schedule that works for them. If you're looking to provide great quality services while reducing your scheduling stress, we may be the company for you! The ideal candidates will have a background in behavioral therapy and experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those on the autism spectrum. Your experience in applied behavior analysis will be crucial in fostering positive behavioral changes and enhancing patient care. Why work with us? Flexible, continuing education credits, professional development assistance Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention strategies in collaboration with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Monitor client progress through regular data collection and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Provide training and support to caregivers and staff on behavioral techniques and strategies. Maintain accurate progress notes and treatment summaries, in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Skills Proficient in applied behavior analysis techniques and methodologies. Strong experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disabilities. Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data effectively. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and team members. Understanding of behavioral health principles and practices related to individuals with disabilities. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
