Duties Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and behavioral psychological evaluations to identify underlying causes of behaviors. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. Collect and analyze data meticulously to track client progress and adjust interventions as needed. Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians, staff, and caregivers to ensure fidelity of treatment delivery. Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure consistency across settings. Perform patient assessments, intake evaluations, and diagnostic evaluations for clients with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and other neurodevelopmental disorders. Maintain accurate medical documentation, medical records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for client confidentiality. Requirements Valid certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Experience working with children, especially those with autism or developmental disabilities. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral health strategies, and functional assessments such as FBA. Proven experience in data collection, behavior intervention implementation, and behavioral psychological assessments. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and HIPAA compliance. Experience working in diverse environments including home-based settings, schools, or clinics supporting children with disabilities.
