Deliver direct one-on-one or small group behavior intervention services to students, following individualized education or behavior intervention plans Implement strategies and data collection procedures as outlined by supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Monitor, document, and report student progress toward behavioral goals Participate in meetings and collaborate with teachers, therapists, and educational staff to adapt interventions as needed Support a positive, inclusive school climate by modeling and reinforcing effective social and behavioral skills Communicate regularly with families and other team members, sharing updates and celebrating successes What's in it for
