Job Description

Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Step into a pivotal role supporting students at an elementary school for the upcoming academic year as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). This fully onsite opportunity begins as soon as possible, continuing through the end of the current school year, a dedicated summer session, and extending into the 2026-2027 school year. The school community values compassionate, experienced RBTs eager to make a positive impact on young learners.
Qualifications:
Active and current RBT certification (required) Previous school-based RBT experience Strong background working with pediatric and elementary populations Ability to commit to full-time, onsite work throughout the academic year and summer program Reliable transportation to the school each day
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based behavioral interventions and support to students in a classroom setting Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and behavior analysts to develop and implement individualized behavior plans Monitor and document student progress and behaviors in accordance with established protocols Foster a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment for all students Participate in pre-summer professional development days and contribute to the summer program activities

School Year:
Immediate start through mid-June 2026
Summer Program Professional Development:
June 23-24, 8:00 AM-3:30
PM Summer Session:
