Position Opening - Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT)
Location:

Easterseals is seeking dedicated Registered Behavioral Technician who finds fulfillment in working with children with autism, to play a key role by joining our growing Applied Behavior Analysis Program in New Castle County. Support children and families to meet their developmental goals and play a major role in their achievements! This role is a mix of center and community-based treatment. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel. We are looking for full-time, part-time technicians. Full-time includes generous compensation package.
Qualifications:
Must have compassion for others and the desire to support children with disabilities High school diploma RBT certification OR in process of obtaining RBT certification Driving record in good standing for community visits Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screening
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with children with disabilities is a plus, but not required Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply
