This position requires employees to be available to work: Monday through Friday between the hours of 3:00 PM•7:00 PM At least two (2) weekends per month Applicants who do not meet these availability requirements will not be considered for employment. About Us Leading Pathways provides client-centered, evidence-based treatment built on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). We develop individualized goals that support skill acquisition, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve the quality of life for children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Leading Pathways is currently hiring aspiring and experienced Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children and adolescents in home, clinic, school, and community settings. We provide extensive paid training and ongoing support, supervision, and mentorship from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Prior experience is welcomed but not required—we are committed to training motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the field of ABA. Will You Be a Good Fit?

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent College degree or current enrollment in a BA/BS program preferred RBT certification is an asset Experience working with children and adolescents preferred Exposure to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder through work, volunteer experiences, or family relationships is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong leadership, teamwork, and time management skills Must pass a background screening Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
