We believe good ABA is not only about implementing programs and looking at data, it's about understanding the whole person, partnering with families and caregivers, supporting our RBTs, and creating meaningful outcomes for our clients. This is a full-time position with opportunities to work with clients across our center in Coral Springs, nearby schools, and home settings, depending on client needs and the team's needs. What you'll be doing As a BCaBA on our team, you will: Provide clinical support and supervision of RBTs under the direction of our Lead BCBAs Assist with the implementation and monitoring of individualized treatment plans Collect, review, and analyze data to help guide clinical decision-making Collaborate closely with RBTs, BCBAs, families, teachers, and other members of the team Support RBT training and professional development alongside our RBT Leads Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and ongoing clinical collaboration Potentially support our Student Analyst Program, depending on your experience and interests Provide services across center, school, and home environments What we're looking for
Required:
Current BCaBA certification At least 1 year of experience working as a BCaBA Experience with Caregiver Training Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively and take direction from supervising BCBAs A genuine commitment to ethical, compassionate, individualized ABA Most importantly, we're looking for someone who shares our values.
