Job Summary Competitive Pay:

$28 per Hour Based on your experience. We are hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide individualized, one-on-one ABA therapy services throughout Coral Springs, Parkland, Coconut Creek, Margate, North Lauderdale, and surrounding Broward County areas . This position is ideal for reliable and compassionate RBTs who enjoy working directly with children and families while maintaining a flexible schedule. You will provide hands-on behavioral support under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and implement treatment programs based on each client's individualized goals. Sessions may take place in the client's home, school, daycare, community, or other approved settings , depending on the treatment plan and family needs. >> Responsibilities Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in accordance with individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA Carry out skill-building and behavior-support programs consistently during scheduled sessions Record accurate session data to track progress toward treatment goals Support clients in developing communication, social, self-help, adaptive, and daily living skills Complete session notes and required clinical documentation within established timelines Maintain professional communication with caregivers, BCBAs, and other members of the clinical team Share relevant observations, progress updates, and behavioral concerns with the supervising BCBA Participate in required supervision, training, and clinical meetings Protect client confidentiality and follow HIPAA, safety, ethical, and professional standards >>Compensation and Opportunities $28 per hour based on experience Multiple RBT openings currently available Flexible scheduling based on your availability and assigned caseload Ongoing BCBA supervision and clinical support Assistance from our administrative and care coordination team Opportunities to work with families throughout Coral Springs, Parkland, Coconut Creek, Margate, North Lauderdale, and surrounding Broward County communities >> Qualifications Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required High school diploma or GED required Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Dependable transportation and consistent attendance Strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills Ability to implement structured treatment protocols and respond appropriately to BCBA feedback Comfortable with data collection, session notes, and electronic documentation Professional when interacting with clients, caregivers, school staff, and clinical supervisors Prior experience working with children with autism, developmental disabilities, or behavioral needs preferred Working knowledge of ABA principles, skill-acquisition procedures, and behavior-support strategies We are looking for motivated and dependable RBTs who are ready to make a meaningful difference while supporting children and families throughout Coral Springs, Parkland, Coconut Creek, Margate, North Lauderdale, and surrounding Broward County areas .
