About us Angels of Light Health Care (AOLHC) provides iBudget waiver services to adults with developmental disabilities in Volusia County. We are opening an 8-bed behavior-focused group home in Deltona and are looking for a BCBA to lead its behavioral program. What you'll do Conduct behavioral assessments and write Behavior Analysis Services Plans (BASPs), including Local Review Committee submissions Provide regular face-to-face monitoring of behavioral programs in the home Teach our 20-hour staff training in behavioral principles, and lead annual recertification Complete monthly competency checks on direct care staff Guide residents' transition planning toward less restrictive settings Work with support coordinators and APD's regional behavioral staff Requirements Active BCBA certification, or Florida licensure under Chapter 490 or 491 (psychologist, clinical social worker, marriage and family therapist, or mental health counselor) with applied behavior analysis experience At least 1 year of supervised ABA experience; 3+ years preferred Experience with adults with developmental disabilities Must pass Level II background screening Preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish Why work with us Flexible hours set around your existing schedule Adult residential work, not a clinic caseload The chance to build a behavioral program from the ground up

Schedule:
