As a Behavior Specialist, you will work onsite alongside dedicated educators and paraprofessionals, collaborating to implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and help students achieve their unique goals.

Key Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification required Previous experience in a school setting or with children and adolescents strongly preferred Comprehensive understanding of behavioral analysis, intervention planning, and data collection Ability to develop and oversee effective behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Comfortable supervising and training school staff and paraprofessionals on behavioral strategies Excellent communication and documentation skills Open to candidates willing to travel

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and create data-driven intervention plans Oversee the implementation of positive behavioral supports and monitor progress Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support each student's behavioral and academic success Provide in-person training and consultative support to school staff Ensure timely documentation and compliance with state and federal guidelines
