Adolescents Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are looking for parttime RBTs to join our growing company. RBTs assist in delivering behavior services to clients between the ages of 2 and 18 years old under the direction and close supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA). Duties include, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
  • Implement behavior plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
  • Assist in the implementation of individualized behavior plans
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Utilize behavior management techniques to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors
Qualifications:
  • Must have RBT license/certification from the BACB®
  • Medicaid provider number preferred but not required
  • Ability to follow care plans and implement interventions effectively
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written The salary paid for this position will depend on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
