In this energetic and impactful position, you will implement evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions, support client progress, and collaborate closely with families and clinical supervisors. Duties Implement individualized ABA therapy protocols under the supervision of a BCBA, ensuring adherence to treatment plans. Conduct behavioral assessments, including functional behavior assessments and behavioral developmental evaluations, to inform intervention strategies. Collect, analyze, and document data on client behaviors accurately and consistently to monitor progress and guide treatment adjustments. Assist with client intake processes, including initial assessments and ongoing behavioral health evaluations. Support patient care by providing compassionate behavioral interventions tailored to each client's needs, especially children with autism and other disabilities. Maintain detailed medical records, documentation of medical terminology, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote understanding of treatment goals and progress updates. Requirements Current certification as a BCaBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst) or eligibility for certification. Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles, behavioral interventions, and data collection methods. Familiarity with medical documentation procedures, medical terminology, and maintaining HIPAA compliance. Prior experience conducting behavioral health assessments and implementing behavioral development programs. Ability to work collaboratively within a clinical supervision framework while demonstrating patience and compassion for clients with disabilities.
