Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Full-Time | Monday-Friday | No Weekends Make a Difference Every Day! Are you passionate about helping children learn, grow, and achieve their fullest potential? Stepping Stone Kids Therapy is looking for compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team! As an RBT, you'll work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities while implementing individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs. Teach communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills using evidence-based ABA techniques. Collect accurate session data and maintain timely clinical documentation. Follow behavior intervention procedures and safety protocols as directed by the supervising BCBA. Collaborate with BCBAs and other members of the interdisciplinary team to support client progress. Build positive, therapeutic relationships with children and their families. Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training opportunities. Maintain compliance with the BACB Ethics Code, Medicaid requirements, HIPAA, company policies, and all applicable federal and state regulations. Maintain productivity and documentation expectations established by the organization. High school diploma or equivalent required. Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential preferred. Current Sunshine Credentialed preferred. Candidates interested in becoming an RBT are encouraged to apply—we provide training opportunities for qualified applicants. Passion for working with children. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm, patient, and positive in a fast-paced environment. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities. Experience in ABA, education, childcare, healthcare, or related fields. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required. No ABA experience? No problem! We welcome individuals who are passionate about helping children and are eager to learn. Training and ongoing mentorship are available for qualified candidates. Physical Requirements Ability to actively engage with children throughout the workday. Ability to sit, stand, kneel, bend, squat, run, and transition between activities. Ability to safely lift or assist children weighing up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to implement behavior intervention procedures, including responding to challenging behaviors using approved safety techniques and company training. Ability to work in a fast-paced pediatric clinic environment.
