Job Description
Overview At Blooming Buds ABA Services, we believe every child deserves compassionate, individualized support in an environment where they can truly bloom. We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with children and families by implementing individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Duties Implement individualized behavior intervention plans using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Provide direct 1:1 therapy services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities in home and school settings Collect accurate session data and communicate client progress with supervising BCBAs Use positive reinforcement and compassionate behavior management strategies to support skill development and reduce challenging behaviors Assist clients with communication, social skills, emotional regulation, and activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and clinical team members to ensure consistency across environments Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance in all documentation and interactions Foster a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where children feel encouraged to grow and succeed Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Current RBT certification preferred or willingness to complete certification process Passion for working with children and families within the autism and behavioral health community Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes and/or schools Ability to remain patient, compassionate, and professional during challenging situations Experience in ABA, childcare, education, behavioral health, or special needs support is preferred but not required Motivated, dependable, and eager to learn and grow within the field What We Offer Supportive and collaborative work environment Flexible scheduling opportunities Ongoing mentorship and supervision Opportunities for growth within the company Meaningful work that positively impacts children and families every day At Blooming Buds ABA Services, we are committed to nurturing growth — one bud at a time.
