We are blessed with a booming practice with between 200-300 new patients a month with zero advertising. We don't micromanage the providers as we want them to be able to practice the way they wish (as long as aligned with our values and ethic). Compensation:

30% of collections. Daily min. negotiated.

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are a well established dental practice with 2 locations in Central Florida, Ocala and Lady Lake. Our company has been operating in Ocala since 1978. We are a full service dental office providing Perio, Hygiene, Crowns, Bridges, Removables, Endo, Implants, and cosmetic dentistry. Our patient population ranges from about 40 years old to 100, no pediatric patients, by a staff of 30 professionals in 16 operatories. We have the latest up-to-date digital equipment. Your responsibilities will be to provide night guards, fillings, crowns, bridges, basic removables, basic oral surgery, hygiene exams, some implant restoration. You should be someone of ethical values that patients can trust. Timely, modest yet confident. The position will be split between our Lady Lake office and our Ocala office for a 5 days/week schedule.
