We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with individuals with disabilities.
NOTE:
OCCASIONAL TRAVEL REQUIRED TO NEW JERSEY.
- Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement behavior intervention strategies based on applied behavior analysis principles
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans
- Ability to collect and analyze data effectively
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
